My name is Shen and I work part-time at the Skin Clinic at Urban Spa Beauty. I have over 15 years of experience within the industry, which includes working on cruise ships, skin clinics and Champneys spas.

I love being able to make my clients feel good and trusting me to be their therapist.

My favourite treatments are facials, waxing and gel nails. I specialise in all advanced skincare treatments.

My biggest achievement within my career has been working on cruise ships and being the CEO of cruise lines.
