Shen works part time at the Skin Clinic at Urban Spa Beauty and has over 15 years’ experience within the industry, which includes working on cruise ships, skin clinics and Champneys spas.
Shen loves being able to make her guests feel good and trusting her to be their therapist. Shen’s favourite treatments are facials, waxing and gel nails.
She specialises in all advanced skincare treatments and her biggest achievement during her career so far has been working on cruise ships and being the CEO of cruise lines.
